Safety and HR professional with a strong background in occupational health and safety, employee relations, and compliance. Currently completing an Associate Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety at BCIT, with hands-on experience supporting hazard identification, incident reporting, training coordination, and safety documentation across fast-paced operational environments. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a people-focused approach to building safe, compliant, and engaged workplaces.

I have experience supporting occupational health and safety and human resources functions in fast-paced service and operational environments. My background includes coordinating safety orientations and training, assisting with incident reporting and documentation, maintaining compliance records, and supporting safe work practices. I also bring experience in HR coordination, employee onboarding, training administration, and working closely with frontline teams and management to promote a positive, compliant, and safety-focused workplace.

I am currently completing an Associate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), where I have developed strong foundational knowledge in hazard identification, incident investigation, workplace inspections, due diligence, and BC OHS legislation. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, which supports my understanding of training coordination, employee relations, compliance, and documentation within safety-focused workplaces.
