Florence Otogie

My name is Florence Otogie. I have a 5-year experience as a customer service representative. I interned for 2months in the department and after several commendations from clients, I was recommended for promotion to head the department which gave me the opportunity to train 7 other interns. Empathy for clients and tolerance has played a large role in my success in this field. I am always open to innovative suggestions from team members. I am confident that I have what it takes to run the department if given the opportunity.

As a facility manager/customer service representative has been the most awesome part of my life as i have enjoyed every moment worked with clients, contractor and colleagues. My experience as made me to build my career around it.

Its when i went to study as a professional facility manager. This education as made me realized a lot in the building sector.
