Presently, I am working as a Customer Service Representative at Simply Elegant Flowers, where I provide exceptional customer service, assist with floral arrangements, and handle financial transactions. Prior to that, I owned an Indian Clothing Store in India from January 2020 to 2022, where I managed inventory, engaged customers, and offered personalized assistance.

I am currently pursuing a Post-graduate Diploma in Full Stack Web Development at Conestoga College in Kitchener, ON. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in India, which I completed in November 2018, with specialized coursework in Communication Skills.
