TMX Group (TSX: X) is an integrated, multi-asset class exchange group. TMX Group's businesses operate cash and derivative markets for multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income and energy. TMX Datalinx is the Information Services division of TMX Group Limited. TMX Datalinx provides a broad range of real-time, historical, and other data products and services to customers across North America and around the globe.

• • Managing a team of 12 people, who administer the middle, back-office and client facing technology platforms for all TMX Datalinx services which account for C$190MM of annual revenue. The team is responsible for supporting and developing technology solutions for Product Mangers, Sales representatives and key TMX Datalinx clients and vendors.
• • Authored the product roadmap for all services used within TMX Datalinx. Accountable for the reengineering and digital automation of business with a focus on replacing manual and resource intensive processes with client facing services that use technology to digitize workflows
• • Applied a Product Management lens to the Datalinx Client Portal to launch a client self-serve features such as credit-card payments, access to invoices, statements and contractual agreements. This resulted in a client adoption rate of over 80% and a significant decrease on TMX operational overhead.
• • Led the development and launch of a Market Data Direct Reporting portal to facilitate the vendor reporting obligations of the distribution of TMX Market Data services. This resulted in fewer reporting and billing errors, increased throughput and decreased overhead for both the client and TMX.
• • Integrated Natural Language Processing technologies into the TMX Datalinx Salesforce environment to derive customer sentiment scores. Sentiment scores are used to analyze customer engagement patterns with TMX Datalinx services and as a leading indicator into revenue churn models.
• • Currently developing a client facing digital procurement service which will decrease the end-to-end fulfillment time for new services and increase revenue. The portal will improve the closed-won opportunity success rates while simultaneously allowing Datalinx to recognize net-new revenue much earlier in the sales process.
• • In addition to analyzing product positioning and usage patterns, meet directly with customers and serve as their delegate as a stakeholder in order to develop an understanding of how best to focus and prioritize product features.
• • Serve as the primary source of external information for the development team by providing clear definitions of the targeted capability, the intended value to the customer, and the functional requirements.
