-Coordinating site logistics of where to store material outside and inside the building; communicating with the trades daily.
-Ensuring work is complete as per project specification and building code requirement for the sub trades; concrete, steel, waterproofing, fire spray, and geotechnical soil compaction inspections.
-Alongside with building inspectors to point out deficiencies and work that requires rectification.
