I am a big believer that when a person is passionate about where they work and what they do, magic happens. I'm drawn to companies that empower their employees to take risks (and allow them to learn from their mistakes), companies that prioritize their employee's wellbeing, and companies that are passionate about their cause. I love technology - especially HR tech - and gravitate towards companies that feel the same.

I am a passionate people and culture professional. I love how versatile the function of HR is - no two days are the same. I like getting my hands dirty in the details (especially headcount reporting) and have been known to bring positive energy to just about every situation. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep appreciation for HR analytics, HR tech, and operational efficiencies. When I see a process that can be automated or optimized, I will jump at the opportunity to make that happen. HR plays a critical value-adding role in a business, and when we can redirect our efforts strategically, we are better able to drive the company forward.
