I am curious, passionate about people, and focused on learning in all part of life, personal and professional.
In my professional life no matter what I’m working on, I’m very invested. I actively seek individuals from whom I can learn, as well as problems that I genuinely care about, and I strive to improve and optimize every stage of any process I am involved in.
I am on a quest to learn more about the people I work with, about their needs and aspirations and find ways to support them. My goal is to make everyone feel heard, valued and included.
On a personal note, my interests are as diverse as my professional experiences. I am an avid reader especially on philosophy. I absolutely love to travel, exploring new cultures, tasting new cuisines, and when I am not working you will find me either attending courses to improve a skill or to deep dive into something new I am learning, or with canvas and brushes in hand painting my interpretation of the nature I captured in pictures during my travels.
Currently working on building my personal website where I am going to be showcasing my artwork and promoting my constructivist career counselling services to new graduates.
My journey in People Operations began with my deep passion for helping people and optimizing processes.
I find genuine fulfillment in connecting with individuals , understanding their needs and aspirations and assisting them in achieving their professional and even personal goals.
Whether it’s creating an innovative onboarding program, engaging teambuilding activities or improving processes, I have always believed in the power of people- centric solutions.
Over the years I have played pivotal role in establishing a business venture, managing the day to day office operations, migrating offices, creating and providing exceptional onboarding experience to new employees, improving communications between teams that not only streamlined operations but contributed to happy and engaged employees.
