Senior Director Technology Platforms May 2022 – Nov 2023

• Led 3 portfolios consisting of 35 full-time direct reports, and 190+ contractors across all portfolios achieving KPI’s and major deliverables
• Part of the transformation team mandated to move infrastructure and applications from Data Centers to one of our 4 Cloud providers including GCP, Azure, OCI, and IBM in accordance with industry standards
• Directly responsible for the stability of infrastructure in our Data Centers and Cloud for all Stores, Pharmacies, Supply Chain, PC Financial, Loblaw Digital and Media

• Provide yearly financial roadmaps to Senior Leadership working with Vendors closely regarding End of life/End of support items within the datacenter
• Drove Shoppers Drug Mart technology, people, and processes into Loblaw Enterprise delivering on efficiencies. This included MCH re-class, SAP adoption, HR systems, Finance systems, Data Center migrations, and Distribution Center consolidation
