About
With over 6 years of experience in the Culinary/Restaurant Industry, my background includes experience in various roles from Hosting to partnering up and launching an overseas restaurant company in which i am majority stakeholder. KPI performance and talent retention are priorities I keep at the forefront of everyday performance. This ensures a boost to guest experience where needed, and to stay consistent where wins are present.
