I have a BSc in materials engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Materials Engineering, with over 6 years of experience in research and development. I've been part of diverse groups of research. I've worked with biomaterials, nanomaterials, metals, and ceramics.
Participating in these research groups gave me the opportunity to enhance my understanding of materials, and how to characterize them; those experiences made me excel in materials characterizations using various types of techniques, from a simple indentation to a complex synchrotron X-ray diffraction.
I've worked with research and development for more than 8 years, working on nanomaterials, nuclear materials (Zr alloys, Zr hydrides), and on mechanochemistry.
I'm expert in materials characterization, such as nanoindentation, SEM, XRD.
I have a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Queen's University, where I worked under supervision of Mark Daymond
