I have substantial experience in providing advice and recommendations in the development and articulation of requirements for specific Dome projects, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and approvals, over eight years, from 2015 to 2023. My main professional environment during this period was: as an engineering project coordinator at Dynamic Air shelters after working with the Farley Group as a project manager. My job involved working closely with a wide range of clients and stakeholders, helping them translate their vision for Dome projects into well-defined and actionable requirements. This involved a meticulous and comprehensive approach and strategy to project development. I conducted extensive assessments to precisely define the scope of each project, considering factors such as architectural design, structural specifications, and facility functionality. Involvement extended to various areas including Quality Control Supervisor and Purchasing Department. To ensure the timely and budgetary success of these projects, I played a central role in establishing detailed schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations. I used my expertise to provide recommendations to optimize project schedules and budgets, tailoring them to the specific requirements of each Dome project. This often involved identifying potential savings measures and proposing strategies to streamline project timelines without compromising quality. In addition to scope, schedule, and budget, I also focused on the regulatory and approval aspects of these projects. I was deeply involved in liaising with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring that each project complied with zoning regulations and safety standards. My experiences have involved successful interactions with multiple municipalities, demonstrating my ability to effectively navigate the complex landscape of approvals and regulations. My extensive experience in this role has equipped me with the skills necessary to comprehensively develop and articulate the requirements of Dome construction projects.
