-I am a JIRA + Confluence expert and a certified PMC -II as well as an Agile
CSM/CSPO (Certified Scrum master and Certified Scrum Product Owner)
-I have worked for years as an Agile Product Owner, coached teams to adopt Scrum practices, have built from scratch platform, infrastructure, AI/ML services roadmaps.
-I excel at problem definition, target user/persona definition, prioritization and have supported Go-To-market planning
-I am proficient in converting customer requirements into JIRA user stories, with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
-I am really well-versed with SDLC, CI/CD frameworks and automation and have had close exposure to Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Argo and other cloud-native tools and technologies.
-In my several years of experience in technical program/product management across different industries, I have enabled teams to build highly scalable/available cloud infrastructure services, and have also enabled site reliability engineering teams, to build caching, data persistent services, as well as Prometheus/Grafana based monitoring capabilities.
