I have around a year of experience working for Rogers, a leading company in the telecom industry. I worked remotely with Business customers to resolve their internet and phone service issues. I had a number of tools and Software I used as well as working in teams and independently.
I also have 4 months of experience working in a warehouse environment for a local Fulfilment company, Organizing and working with other departments to get packages to fulfilment. I worked with scanning, tracking and data entry software to keep track of packages.
I have an information technology support services Diploma from Sheridan college. during the program, I learned about numerous software, operating systems, hardware, and other essential tools.
