My experience spans various customer-facing roles, including an Omni Channel Specialist at Best Buy and a Team Leader at McDonald's. These positions have enabled me to refine my skills in leadership, team coaching, training and employment standards. I am driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering inclusive environments that empower diverse teams to succeed.

Mr professional experience has been in mostly leadership roles within retail positions. I have been given a large amount of trust in all of my roles and have lead and taken responsibility for diverse groups of individuals in a number of different workplaces.

My education was in a college program that focused on Human Resource Management, teaching me the skills needed to be a successful leader in the field. As well I have a bachelor's degree from Wilfrid Laurier that taught me communication skills, writing skills, as well as time management, and initiative.
