I have worked in multiple ski resorts at all levels, hotels and restaurants from multinational to local mom & pop. From menu design and creation, inventory management and scheduling to the execution of weddings or banquets and the day to day running of a 200pax restaurant.

I have completed the Australian equivalent of a red seal in commercial cookery and completed a 3 year apprenticeship.
