When I was a Support Manager for Walmart we had a job fair for the new store opening in Miramichi. The team which we aware a part of hiring completed the store ahead of schedule and under budget. It was the success of the entire team that worked together to achieve these great results. We even had executives from our Malaysia operations fly in for the grand opening to pick up some best practices. Why?

Because to understand the human potential you have to understand the human condition. The complexities of what makes us who we are. In my various leadership roles I recognize talent and understand how to get the most out of it.

I have worked ad an Assistant Manager for Petland Supertores, and as a Support Manager for Walmart. I have also been Vice President of a provincial riding association. I was the Aboriginal Network Director for PWGSC Canada's Employment Equity and Diversity Council. I was the national chair for the Workplace Environment National Council of Aboriginal Federal Employees. I was also a government facilitator representing the Treasury Board for workshops with the national Joint Learning Program.
