I have worked in Product Development for 6 years for the purposes of flavour application, consumer acceptance enhancement, process efficiency improvement, and regulatory compliance across different categories: baked goods (England and France), confections (England), plant-based seafood (France), snack seasonings (Indonesia), sauces (Indonesia), and plant-based milk (Indonesia).
I hold an MSc in Food Innovation and Product Design (Erasmus Mundus from AgroParisTech, France, and Technological University Dublin, Ireland) and a BSc (Hons) in Food and Nutrition (Coventry University, England).
