I am Joyzely Pavia, 28 years old. I’m new here in Regina as an Immigrant that’s why I’m looking for a job. I used to work at Emirates Airline back in Manila and Kuwait for the past years as a Passenger Service Agent my duty as a front liner is to effectively assist passengers with their experience traveling through the airport and to have a stress free flight.

As a Passenger Service Agent I used to talk and assist different kind of people, nationality and personality and I always make sure I give them my extra mile service.

In addition, I went on trainings and classes like , Personal Survival Techniques, First Aid Class,Security Awareness Training , and some Leadership Trainings.

I am the kind of person who is flexible in any jobs, optimistic, hardworking, always focus on what Im doing, fast learner and respectful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking passenger documentation.
• To check passengers in using a computer based system, issuing boarding cards and baggage labels.
• Process passengers at the boarding gate.
• Adhere and apply strict security and safety regulations.
• Effectively assist passengers with their experience traveling through the airport.
• Prepare all the documents needed in the aircraft.
