I am an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years in industrial sales, spanning multiple segments including transportation.
My expiereince in sales and managing teams across North America has allowed me to gain diverse perspectives and underrating of localized markets to drive innovative solutions to increase sales in various segmented markets. I am accustomed to environments where leadership plays a pivotal role, and agility is required in solving problems resulting in incremental revenue and margin expansion. My most recent venture in a start up environment has allowed me to apply my learning into FMCG market, that said my ability to learn and make an impact in other markets with innovative process and collaborative problem solving skills will further allow rapid growth and creating and harnessing a culture of fast learning.
I am a sales leader who is passionate and able to deliver results in demanding and fluid environments, I have led remote teams across North America solving customer problems resulting and developing intrinsic relationship with key customers. My career over the 20 years have spanned working with diverse teams located in North America and China, therefore working in tandem to meet deadline and driving new process innovative tools to deliver results in a fast paced environment has allowed me to win, and keep winning - delivering YOY growth.
Most recently I completed my MBA, I was sponsored by my employer (Danaher/Fortive) as a high potential candidate therefore they paid for my MBA while I was managing Canadian Sales. After I completed my MBA, I was promoted to the North American Channel manager, with direct reports in CSR, field Sales and Tech Support located in Chicago IL.
