With over a decade of experience in sales and business development within the chemical industry, I currently lead BASF's Performance Materials division in Sub-Sahara Africa. Previously, I led sales operations across multiple business units in West Africa.

My skills and experience in business planning and sales management have enabled me to develop and lead impactful sales strategies, marketing campaigns resulting in significant business growth while collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds globally.
Prior to my tenure at BASF, I contributed to the growth of startups in the e-commerce and real estate sectors, where I honed my operational expertise and strategic acumen. My experience as a Founding Member and Business Development Consultant has equipped me with a unique perspective on market dynamics, customer engagement, and business structure optimization.
With 12+ years experience across Market/ Business Development, Marketing and Sales Functions in startup organizations and a global leader in the Chemical Industry, my experience and knowledge has equipped me with a unique and diverse perspective on Leadership, People development, Customer & Business management and New Business development which will be valuable in most organizations.
Well rounded and diverse background given my initial Technical background as a Materials Engineer and a good commercial background having completed my MBA in 2013. Since then I have further developed experiences and learning on the job and with various learning and development platforms like more recently a Strategic Management Diploma from IESE Business School
