Merchant Data & Analytics Intern – Neo Financial Jan-Aug 2022

• Execution of end-to-end data processes including acquisition, cleansing, evaluation, and preparation of data to identify suitable merchant partners across Canada
• Dashboard and report creation for the Sales and Marketing teams using Salesforce
• Scraping data from the internet using Python
• Building spreadsheets, categorizing raw data, and performing analytics for Sales and Marketing teams to align with product strategy
• Supporting Sales team with merchant data requests including lead creation, data enrichment, and enterprise data collection
• Identifying enhancements, automations, and other optimizations to existing data tools and processes

• Research and prepare business plans, project proposals, and presentations to outline business opportunities and strategies for various clients, companies, and concepts 
• Identify and research funding, financing, and grant opportunities
• Design new social media campaign ideas and content for clients 
• Create e-newsletters and update client websites using MailChimp and WordPress
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Monitor all social media platforms for trends and user feedback
