I'm a student and have almost graduate the Culinary Art program at VCC , I have a big passion for pastry and love to learn all about it. Because of it, on my last month of the program, my chef let me hold the dessert station by myself and made tiramisu and mignardise for Chef Table. Other blocks, I also hold almost the dessert and pastry part, because that is what I want to learn. And baking at home also my hobby, I really enjoy to bake puff pastry, choux, egg tart, and am still learning to make macaron (succeed 1 time and failed few times). So, I hope that I will have a chance to work and experience at your restaurant.
