With over 15 years of retail and sales experience - my approach and a key to my success has always been people first. Whether that be team members, clients, vendors or community members - developing meaningful and long lasting relationships has been at the heart of my approach. With a multifaceted back ground in furniture, interior design and tabletop sales and styling - discovering and being inspired by the designers I have worked with has been immensely motivating to not only meet presented sales targets but through this communication and relationship building - continuously exceeding the goals set before me.

Working in the design retail space for the last 15+ years has been immensely fulfilling. Engaging and problem solving with my various teams and clients along the way to find solutions and achieving and exceeding project goals has been a valued practice.

Both OCAD and Ryerson were massively relevant in shaping and guiding my career however I would say my experience working with clients, vendors and makers directly has greatly informed my approach.
