I generally like good laugh and think finding a reason to in just about every situation is important to our own sanity.
From 1989 to 2004, most of my work history was food industry. I was skilled in both kit hen and dinningroom. I only left because of the late night and weekend shift took time away from young children. Which are now grown.
Volunteering at the Moose Lodge allowed me to get back into the kitchen cooking traditional mealtime favorites as well as some of my own creations that received a thumbs up from the dinner guests.
A variety of restaurant's from Pizza Hut and Smittys to Fine Italian eatery to volunteering as the Friday dinner cook as well as the breakfast cook.
Currently a case manager handling a high level of consumer complaints, working thru until a resolve has been achieved.
My only post secondary education does not apply as it was for office administration. However, many of the skills learned are brought forward when you least expect it to.
