Professional Manager/Supervisor with experience within the manufacturing, logistics and gaming industries. Many years of experience managing within unionized and non-unionized environments, including the Teamsters Union, CEP (Communication, Energy and Paper workers union), IPC (Independent Paper workers of Canada), UNIFOR, UAW (United Auto Workers) and CAW (Canadian Auto Workers). Very people and process oriented, believing that processes must be constantly maintained and audited to ensure compliance and improvement.
Very safety conscious with previous experience acting as management co-chair of the WH&S committee.
Production Supervisor - Process - Lactalis Canada - Belleville, ON

Reporting to the Production Manager I oversee the operations of the night shift Process department, which generally includes the finishing of production from the afternoon shift, sanitation operations of the night shift and assisting the day shift Supervisor with the start-up operations in the morning. I ensure that the proper sanitation procedures are followed and done so safely. I ensure that all employees have all required tools and information to perform their tasks.
I complete all paperwork once the afternoon shift Supervisor leaves for the day. I then communicate all numbers and happenings from my shift via my daily report.
