• Creating new accounts for the UK customers by using tools oneview and Oracle. 
•  Dealing with customer complaints related to BT packages through Calls and offline cases. 
•  Taking ownership of every account to sell and add best packages. 
•  Generating invoice to the customer online. 
•  Ensures timely and accurate delivery of sales contracts to the production team without fail.
• Sending daily closure report to AM of daily revenue in the shift end. 
• Making and Updating Weekly territory report and inventory using raw data.
