I have been in the food industry for 19 years working multiple jobs starting from dishwasher and now line cook. I`m passionate about making and perfecting new dishes and learning new cooking techniques. I`ve spent the past 3 years as a line cook specializing in fried food and learning the other areas within the kitchen. I`ve also spent 2 years specializing in asian fusion food and the use of a wok.
Lately i have been working at wendell clarks bar and grill as a line cook. I had been working at Wok Box as a short order cook until I left recently.
