About
Commercially minded Finance and Business Manager with 25+ years’ experience across accounting, business ownership, professional services, healthcare operations, and small-to-medium enterprise advisory. I bring strong financial discipline, practical systems thinking, and calm operational leadership to growing businesses that need better visibility, stronger routines, and reliable commercial information.
My background combines hands-on finance management, cashflow oversight, payroll, supplier payments, reporting, budgeting, Xero coding, business advisory, process improvement and people leadership. I have worked closely with owners, boards, accountants, suppliers, contractors, professional advisers and operational teams to turn financial data into useful business decisions.
I am currently completing an MBA at the University of Waikato, strengthening my capability in strategy, leadership, governance, productivity and change. I am looking for a part-time commercial finance role where I can bring genuine ownership, practical insight and steady support to a growing local business.
