I have vast experience working in the office environment performing administrative duties, including filing, printing labels, arranging and taking minutes of meetings, scheduling, payroll, and preparing invoices and monthly reports. My background is in Communication/Public Relations, Business Administration and currently, seeking employment in office work (clerk, supervisor, entry level, etc.) or customer service or any related field. I also have experience in home renovations (flooring, painting, landscaping, bathroom & kitchen remodeling) and collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed, this is a skill learned through many of my work experience. I am very organized with a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. I adhere to rules, policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines to ensure safety and excellent customer service. I am comfortable working in a diverse work environment, team player but also the ability to work unsupervised. I have a strong organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail, interpersonal and time management skills.
I am adept at handling a wide range of customer issues and providing first class service with every interaction. Many of my co-workers and previous managers can attest to my overall demeanor when it comes to working with difficult and sometimes frustrated customers, that I remain calm, courteous even during the moments of intense displeasure.
I am a hard worker. Very committed to whatever I am tasked with. I work well under pressure and in extreme stressful situations.
