I am a multi disciplinary creative with a background in UX/UI design, product design, graphic design, art direction, creative resource management, experience in front-end web development, with a focus in marketing.
In my current role as a Marketing UX Designer at Prodigy Education, the global leader in game based learning, I have had the privilege of working in the creative realm of user experience design and marketing strategies for educational video games. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I have successfully crafted engaging experiences that resonate with our target audience, resulting in increased user engagement and conversions. In my previous role as the Creative Lead at Mundo Media, I led a small team of designers supporting one of the world's leading networks for user acquisition and monetization. Collaboratively, we provided in-house creative services by producing marketing materials across various mediums for clients, including web, digital design, branding and video, consistently delivering campaigns with positive ROI performance. As a team lead, I supported growth by encour- aging a culture of learning and innovation within the design team.
As a UX/UI Designer and Developer at Flight Centre Canada, I was instrumental in refreshing designs with a contem- porary feel to enhance usability and drive sales conversions. By collaborating with the marketing and sales depart- ments, I translated their vision into an attractive and user-friendly experience. Managing the entire creation process, from sketching wireframes to designing interfaces, I meticulously orchestrated A/B tests to gather user data, allowing for iterative strategy refinement. Since joining the team and implementing these enhanced features, we achieved a remarkable 27% increase in online sales.
I had the privilege of being a pioneer staff member at the marketing agency, 55 Rush (Student Life Network / Parent Life Network). Beginning as a new media designer and progressing to a front-end web developer, I played a vital role in major projects involving web development, UX/UI design, and online marketing strategies. Through my contribu- tions, the company grew its community to over 900,000 active users, establishing itself as one of Canada's largest student marketing networks. I had the pleasure of collaborating with renowned brands such as CIBC, RBC, TD Canada Trust, Universal Music Canada, Geckos Adventures, Live Nation, Fido, Ford, Dell, Air Miles, and others.
