I am a young and ambitious Animator, a lover of animation who turned a childhood obsession into an adult passion. I am a dual American/Canadian citizen which allows me to work in both counties without a visa.
While in the studio, I worked on shots involving character animation, as well as stylized animation meant to emulate classic Disney characters. I have worked closely with supervisors and other animators to create multi- character performances and troubleshoot technical issues. I like getting feedback to further improve my skills and participating in dailies with supervisors to bring shots up to the quality the client desires. I have worked both remotely and in the studio. Remotely I can manage my time effectively, log my hours and keep deadlines on my assigned shots. In the studio I enjoy working more collaboratively with colleagues and having a full experience of the studio environment. I especially appreciate being able to reach out to senior level animators for help on technical issues I might be experiencing or just to learn from their expertise. I also enjoy learning new tools to animate more effectively, be they 3rd party plugins such as Animtools, or proprietary software used in house.
