MD Soeb Mokerrom

I am MD Soeb Mokerrom, currently living in Toronto, Canada. I am working in an IT related industry for the last 7 years. I started my career as a business graduate and achieved MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University but later on in my career I have decided to change my field of study to Information Technology.

So I started working for IT industry and at the same time, I admitted myself to George Brown College to get an advance diploma in Computer System Technology. I started working with Field Nation support and provide IT related service to different retail companies. I also set up network for several small business and construction companies.

I joined IQRA IT solution April, 2016 and started working for NIKE Canada in April, 2018

DESKTOP SUPPORT Specialist (Level 2) Nike Canada ( Stefanini Inc) Install and update NIKE network images (Win 10/11, MAC OS) to the NIKE network devices

• Manage User account in Active Directory include A/C set up, new user A/C setup and multiple authentication
• Troubleshoot: Microsoft Outlook (EUDORA), Office 365, Label view Printer, Avaya Phone
• Created and maintained email address in MS Exchange, handle query in SQL server
• Support Bit locker issue for TV and internet
• Install and support IOS devices, dock station and other hardware related peripheral
• Provide WAN support through smart hand
• Maintain and troubleshoot security software such as Zscaler
• Ticket and workload management utilizing management provided ticketing system (Service Now) 
• Troubleshoot any kind of networking problem
• Experience setup and troubleshooting Citrix workspace, SAP, VDI etc. software.
• Provide remote support using the BOMGAR representative console 
• Train/Supervise employee as per the management request
