As a sales-associate I managed customer relations and provided exceptional customer service by promptly identifying needs and wants. Collaborated with retail representatives to enhance product presentations and advertising collateral. Created custom product bundle plans to satisfy customer requirements and inputted information into the database system, contributing to superior customer experiences.

Successfully built a sales pipeline through cold calling and outreach efforts, demonstrating excellent sales ability and strong interpersonal skills. Closed over 200 sales transactions and supported the training and orientation of new employees. Proficient in client management software and computer dialing, consistently making an average of 150 outbound and inbound calls per day.

As a retail associate i was tasked with ensuring store visual appeal and customer engagement by organizing racks and shelves and promoting specific merchandise. Prepared merchandise for sales, tracked stock using inventory management software, and assisted customers in locating products. Provided knowledgeable assistance on sizing, accessories, and proper care, effectively solving customer challenges by offering relevant products and services.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Management in Information Systems at Coquitlam College, Coquitlam, BC. Expected graduation is in December 2024. Completed relevant coursework in areas such as quantitative methods, financial accounting, organizational behavior, business writing, introduction to microeconomics, introduction to macroeconomics, introduction to marketing, business management and information systems, software packages and programming, and calculus.

Holds a High School Diploma from DPS STS SCHOOL, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with GCE A' Levels certifications in physics, information technology, and math, graduated in April 2018.
