• Joined internal team dedicated to Canadian and US IT and professional services requirements released through Beeline VMS for Hudson’s Bay Company
• Successfully placed candidates within Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Accounting, Help Desk, and PMO teams.
• Submitted qualified candidates’ applications through Beeline VMS.
• Maintained internal ATS administration around open requirements, to allow internal support from colleagues on other teams.

• Joined internal team dedicated to Canadian Tire IT requirement and following consistent successful placements, was promoted to Team Lead.
• Filled both contract and permanent positions across Marketing, Cybersecurity, Data and Business Analysis, Help Desk, DevOps, Supply Chain, Project Management, Development and Enterprise Architecture. 
• Maintained personal KPIs while also training, supporting, and conducting quarterly reviews of team members.

• Joined internal team dedicated to full-time IT requirements across all HBC banners (Saks, Saks off 5th and HBC) in both Canada and the US
