A teacher turned analyst, I have worked at New World International School producing their technical documentation as well as handling their database. I love working on all things people, my passion is collaborating with a liberal amount of empathy thrown into it to solve problems.

I work with Excel, Notion, SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, and Python with my main talent being in breaking down complex ideas into clear concepts for users.

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data about learners and learning environments to understand and optimize student learning and their environments.
• Updating educational technology plans, and developmental tools.
• Applied design thinking to deliver the best possible interventions to improve the quality of learning and meet the standards and values of New World International School.
• Reproducing technical documentation for users to understand the effective use of the Learning Management System.
• Leveraging data in educational contexts to find meaningful correlations and mine intelligence to forecast student success and improve performance.
• Working alongside the Cognia accreditation team for evaluating the effectiveness of teaching methodologies, student engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Delivering timely interventions against strict deadlines.
• Communicating innovative ways of using data to illuminate patterns that will help stakeholders better understand their students, teachers, and leaders.
• Participating and holding training to upgrade the EdTech skill set within the workforce.
