I own a pharmacy back home. I work as an operation manager and a pharmacy assistant at the same time. During my six years in managing my pharmacy, I honed my skills in managing inventory, assisting customers with their pharmaceutical needs, and maintaining accurate records. My ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and my dedication to providing exceptional customer service were recognized through positive feedback from customers. I am particularly adept at handling prescription orders, processing insurance claims, and ensuring the accuracy of medication dispensing, all while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols.

In addition to pharmacy experience, I was working in Emirates Airline in Dubai for almost 11 years and customer service department and in Al Hamra fort hotel in UAE for 4 years in reception.
