Curently pursuing a part-time Master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Action while gaining professional experience in research, gender equality initiatives, organizational development, and program support. Through my work as a Research assistant with a Canada Research Chair and as an internal development officer with a growing nonprofit organization, I have developped experience in qualitative research, policy-related analysis, organizational improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
