I have a diverse work history spanning different roles and responsibilities. I started as a Cashier at Phoenix Fuels, then transitioned into Technical Support at Alorica, later becoming a Team Manager and Customer Service Representative at Ibex Global where I demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint, along with skills in problem resolution, sales closing, administrative and technical support. I also improved team morale, monitored calls, maintained payroll, and provided technical support, among other responsibilities. I then worked as a Housekeeping/Janitorial Cleaner at ABM Ltd.
My most relevant education experience includes obtaining my High School Diploma from Distinction College in Jamaica in July 2014, with notable grades such as 3 in Social Studies and Mathematics, and a 2 in Human and Social Biology in the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) exams. Additionally, I completed courses at Eltham High School in Document Preparation Management in Business Administration and Management in July 2013, achieving a grade of 1 in Electronic Document Preparation Management, and grades of 2 in English and Office Administration in the CXC exams.
