Morgane is a Senior Consultant specializing in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEI), with over seven years of experience in the field. She previously led an NGO dedicated to advancing women’s rights and has spearheaded numerous initiatives in collaboration with marginalized and underrepresented communities. Most recently, Morgane has served as a senior L&D DEI consultant for a wide range of clients, facilitating strategic workshops and delivering more than 100 trainings on key topics such as inclusive leadership, neurodiversity, and mental health. Fully bilingual in French and English, she provides expert guidance on DEI best practices and develops comprehensive content for both internal and external audiences, including custom training sessions and e-learning modules.
