Eight years hands-on experience in Web Site Operation support for overseas multinational Companies. Production Web Application Support includes user (Client) facing issue as well as coordinate with development team and Project Engineers to implement new changes on client existing web sites.
Currently I am seeking job to utilize my extensive & professional experience at a new opportunity in the IT industry.

I have strong capabilities to QA and Operation Support sites deal with payment through Bank account and Credit Cards.
My Goal was, to make sure to web sites running and worked as per design, User statement files received and processed without any issue, User enable to enroll and view their statements, Credit Card and Bank account (ACH ) Payments go through as per setup in Payment profile setup, emails notification generates and send out to users. I was responsible to coordinate with customer care team and dev-ops engineers when it required, and taking care of client facing issue receiving through JIRA tickets and if required contact clients to discuss issues.
Bachelor's Degree.
Computer science.
COBOL and Electronic Data Process certification.
