Hello, I'm Natalie and I work in Learning and Development! I've been in the L&D space for 4 years and have experience in capability building, digital learning solutions, facilitation and project management. I'm passionate about innovation, developing people and user experience.

I currently work as a Commercial Organization Development Executive at Rothmans, Benson and Hedges. I have worked there since 2017 and began in Commercial Operations.

I have a Bachelors of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. I graduated in 2016 with a minor in psychology and a specialization in marketing.
