I am a 28 year old security supervisor who is hard working, dedicated, and passionate about providing exceptional service to my clients/customers. I have 9 years of customer service experience ranging from being a Bartender/Bar Manager, Retail, and Passenger Service Agent for Sunwing at Pearson International Airport. I believe I am great fit for this position because I have experience working in an airport dealing with various different customers and I thrive to always provide the best experience every moment of the day. I have experience de-escalating situations and exceptional problem solving skills.
