I have over three years of professional experience across customer service, operations management, and baking arts. Currently, as an Operations Supervisor at Apna Farm, I oversee store operations, employee engagement, and customer service, driving efficiency and sales. My past roles include Cake Decorator & Sales Representative at Eggless Cake Shop, where I managed daily operations and boosted sales, and Assistant Pastry Chef & Server at Sayaji Group of Hotels, where I ensured quality food production and guest satisfaction.

Additionally, I have experience in HR and sales, gained during my tenure as an HR Assistant & Sales Executive at The Adecco Group.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Human Resource Management and a Minor in Mass Communication from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.
