As a Professional Baker, it has been 2 years of working with multiple experienced chefs. My most recent position was similar to this role and had been a top performer for the entire duration of my employment there. I am eager to continue my path of success and grow in this profession.
I've always had a passion for crafting delectable treats and realised early on that baking is an art form that combines both my love for food and creativity. Being a professional baker I am curious, experiment with new flavour combination and techniques. Not all of these experiments will end up on the winning side, but I see these fumbles as learning experiences rather than failures.

I worked at Mika's Kitchen as a Baker for 2 years and I started baking experience from being in bread team. Later I was in pastries department. But currently I was working in Croissants department.
My top education is I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration specialization in Project Management from Yorkville University, Toronto ON.
