I am a passionate Early Childhood Development and Education Specialist. I believe that laying a strong foundation in the early years is imperative for a better and brighter tomorrow. Educating parents and training early childhood educators/teachers is the only way to improve the quality of life and learning opportunities for children across the world.

My forte, teacher training and parent education, strengthens my conviction that I can optimize development and learning opportunities for children. I have a special interest in children's social and emotional well-being. I have taught children and teachers over the past 22 years.

Hence, I have a deep understanding of pedagogy and andragogy. My works emanates diversity as I have taught at college and university level as well as worked in the social sector.

I have trained teachers for the level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator for Cache (UK) and level 3 Diploma for Children's Learning and Development for iCQ (UK). I have also taught at Ryerson University (Toronto) and Sheridan College (Oakville) in the Early Childhood Education Diploma and Degree program. I have extensive in working in the social sector with UNICEF - Pakistan. My forte has been teacher training and research in past 10 years. Prior to that I worked with young children.
