For the past several years, I have been a web development manager of a team of about 12 employees as well as several outside contractors and agencies. I needed to interface with branding, creative and strategy teams to coordinate on-time delivery to the client. This included removing impediments to developers, occasionally doing some development myself, and providing high-level expertise and troubleshooting skills to the team when needed.

I have spent much of my time mentoring junior and new team members.

I have a BS in Electrical and computer engineering. I am also a certified Agile/Kanban coach and have completed PMP training.
