IGreeter Walmart Sept. 2016 to March 2020 Always welcomed Customers with a smile, direct eye contact and a “Friendly Greeting”. Practised the 3 meter attitude while ensuring Customer safety near the store entrance. Identified large outbound Customer purchases confirming items and date on the receipt.
Diplomatically checked and verified all associates purses, bags and purchases upon exit. Investigated to identify the cause when the EAS system was activated, logged the incident. Attached/initialled and dated return tickets to all merchandise upon re-entering the store.
Monitored and reported unusual or suspicious behaviour to Loss Prevention & Management. Familiar with CODE ADAM & AMBER ALERT and Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS).
