• The hotel has boat cruises and bush dinners, l was appointed to over-see the guest's food quality and service. Also assisted in stock taking which sharpened my skill in computers, spread sheeting and budgeting.

Fine dining restaurant that mainly specializes in Spanish Cuisine. Having no background of any Spanish dishes, I have learnt a lot and still in the process of learning.

• The signatory dish is the Paella, which is famous in Spain and is served in different types for example Vegetable Paella or Black Paella.
