I have over 7 years of Management experience in the fast food industry and have used that to create excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills. I have also developed skills in quick adaptation, direction and delegation, cash management, hiring and training, scheduling, inventory management (including ordering, receiving, organization and control) and supervising upto 20 staff at one time. I also have minor experience in computer tech and I am continuing development of those skills in my spare time, making me an in-store point of contact for quick tech fixes as well as working with technicians on-site and remotely to solve issues.
High school diploma is as far as I went as I found I was able to learn more overall and in general on my own in my spare time
