- Process timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary and commission employees for multi companies, approximately 1000 employees
- Process month-end commission and bonuses for commissioned Employees and Department/Store Managers
- Maintain and track bi-monthly draws for all sales staff
- Maintain and track all vacation payouts and time allotments
- Process employee Time & Attendance data from the PBS timeclock and reconcile variances
- Maintain daily hours for all hourly staff, ensuring daily punch ins and out are correct in a timely manner • Calculate and reconcile all flat rate hours for technicians
- Provide administrative support to employees regarding their payroll, vacation, etc.
- Work closely with the HR Manager in administrating payroll requirements
- Perform all year end related tasks and reconciliations (T4’s)
- Maintain spreadsheets and required tracking for all absences and vacations
